Instore gift vouchers can be redeemed in Bath House stores in Bowness, Ambleside, York, Ilkley, Kirkby Lonsdale and Knutsford. The full balance of the voucher can only be used once, if the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance cannot be carried forward. Valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Delivery is free on this item to UK Mainland & *Non-Mainland UK, with delivery expected within 4-7 working days with Royal Mail Untracked.
Overseas & Other Destinations
Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, European or international destinations online. Orders can however be placed over the phone by calling our Customer Service team. Please note, due to postage restrictions on products containing alcohol, unfortunately we cannot ship fragrance Sample Vials to some overseas destinations.
Returns – A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty.
