Sustainability & Recycling
All packaging shows recycling guidance, most of the packaging is recyclable.
We are a British maker. Our products are made in Cumbria at our own making rooms in small batches. They contain eco-certified, sustainable, cruelty-free and vegan ingredients, with no animal derivatives. Bath House is approved under the Leaping Bunny Programme.
Our bodycare products are made with a high percentage of natural ingredients. Our eau de parfum is made with a gentle, naturally derived alcohol. Our candles are made with a blend of natural soy wax and locally sourced rapeseed oil, infused with Bath House artisan fragrance. Our room diffusers are handmade in small batches at our Cumbrian making rooms, this diffuser oil is made with quality artisan fragrance at 18%, the equivalent of a pure perfume.
These products are made with natural ingredients and contain no parabens, sulphates, petroleum, mineral oils, SLES, TEA, SLS, DEA, MEA or artificial colours.
Delivery & Returns
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible with delivery expected within 3-4 working days with a Tracked Courier Service, or within 4-5 working days with Royal Mail Tracked. For outlying Scottish addresses, deliveries may take up to 7 working days.
UK Mainland
- FREE on orders over £60 (delivered within 3-4 working days) / Tracked Service
- £6.50 on orders under £60 (delivered within 3-4 working days) / Tracked Service
- £7.50 Next Day Delivery (delivered next working day) / Tracked Service
- £3.95 on orders under £60 (delivered within 4-5 working days) / Tracked Service
/ Monday to Friday are classed as working days.
/ For Next Day Delivery, the order must be placed by 12 noon the day before.
/ If a Next Day Delivery order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday or anytime on a bank holiday, it will not be dispatched until the next working day and therefore will not be delivered on the next working day after the order has been placed.
/ For orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Next Day Delivery will not be available to select at Checkout.
Overseas & Other Destinations
Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for Non-Mainland UK online. To place an order to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man please call our Customer Service team. For International orders please email our Customer Service team for more info. Please note, due to postage restrictions on products containing alcohol, unfortunately we cannot ship this product to some overseas destinations.
Returns
A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty.
