Beautiful scent but disappointed that reeds are no longer included.
"I buy these every Christmas for my son. He loves the fragrance and it lasts for months. I’ve bought him the refill for a while now to be kinder to the environment . I’ve marked it down a star as I’m disappointed to discover, on my last order, that the reeds are no longer included. After contacting customer service I was advised of this and told I would have to order some and that postage would be refunded. It’s not easy to see on the description page that reeds are no longer included. You have to tick the box saying how to use."
