How To Use

Working over the sink, remove the lid or pump of your bottle and squeeze the liquid from the pouch into the bottle. Each pouch contains enough for more than a single fill, so to avoid unnecessary wastage it is advisable not to try and fill completely, especially if you are using a pump.

This durable plastic pouch is designed so you can refill your favourite Bath House products into your original non-plastic bottles, time and time again. The amount of plastic used in each pouch is 85% less plastic than a conventional plastic bottle - for the same amount of product held.

Why it’s clean

We are a British maker. This product is made in Cumbria at our own making rooms in small batches with a high percentage of natural ingredients, which are eco-certified, sustainable, vegan and contain no animal derivatives.

Our products contain cruelty-free ingredients. Bath House is approved under the Leaping Bunny Programme.

This product is made with natural ingredients and contains no parabens, sulphates, petroleum, mineral oils, silicones, SLES, TEA, SLS, DEA, MEA or artificial colours.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible with delivery expected within 3-4 working days with a Tracked Courier Service, or within 4-7 working days with Royal Mail Tracked.

Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for European or international destinations online. Orders can however be placed by contacting our Customer Service team.

Returns

A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty. Excellent Lotion Shame about the Pump

"I really love this body lotion, how it smells, feels and absorbs into my skin. However having refilled my original bottle with the eco friendly refill bag, my pump is not working to well. I removed the pump mechanism and flushed through with hot water before refitting it, but it's still not working as well as it used to."
