How To Use

Spray generously onto wrists, neck and pulse points, throughout the day; the body will heat and diffuse the fragrance. Wear alone, or layer with another fragrance or combine with a favourite bodycare product.

Why it’s clean

We are a British maker. This product is made in Cumbria at our own making rooms in small batches, with a gentle, naturally derived alcohol.

Our products contain cruelty-free ingredients. Bath House is approved under the Leaping Bunny Programme.

Alcohol Denat, Aqua (Water), Parfum (Fragrance), Linalool, Limonene, Coumarin, Hydroxycitronellal, Hexyl Cinnamal, Citral, Geraniol.

Delivery & Returns

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible with delivery expected within 3-4 working days with a Tracked Courier Service, or within 4-7 working days with Royal Mail Tracked.

UK Mainland

  • FREE on orders over £60 (delivered within 3-4 working days) / Tracked Service
  • £6.95 on orders under £60 (delivered within 3-4 working days) / Tracked Service
  • £4.95 on orders under £60 (delivered within 4-5 working days) / Tracked Service
  • £7.95 Next Day Delivery (delivered next working day) / Tracked Service

UK Non Mainland

  • FREE on orders over £60 (delivered within 5-7 working days) / Tracked Service
  • £4.95 on orders under £60 (delivered within 5-7 working days) / Tracked Service

/ Monday to Friday are classed as working days.

/ For Next Day Delivery, the order must be placed by 12 noon the day before.

/ If a Next Day Delivery order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday or anytime on a bank holiday, it will not be dispatched until the next working day and therefore will not be delivered on the next working day after the order has been placed. 

/ UK Non-Mainland includes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and Channel Isles.

/ Next Day Delivery will not be available to select at Checkout for UK Non Mainland destinations.

Overseas

Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for European or international destinations online. Orders can however be placed over the phone by calling our Customer Service team. Please note, due to postage restrictions on products containing alcohol, unfortunately we cannot ship this product to some overseas destinations.

Returns

A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty. "My go-to perfume is the BEST. I have to use purse sprays because of my hands. I cannot hold heavy objects, let alone carry them. This fragrance is a little expensive, but it does last, and you only need a little. I doubt I will ever stop using it, but maybe I will make fewer purchases due to the price."
