Redeemable against Bath House products in Bath House stores in Ambleside, Bowness, Keswick, Ilkley, Kirkby Lonsdale, Knutsford and York. Instore Gift Cards are not redeemable online online at www.thebathhouseshop.co.uk.
Valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. Card balances can be checked in store or by contacting us. Adding additional funds to a gift card that was issued on a previous occasion, will not alter the expiry date of that gift card and the expiry date will remain at 12 months from the date of the original issue.
Delivery of Gift Cards is free, when purchased without additional products. Not valid for purchase when using a discount code at Checkout.

UK Mainland
Delivery is free on this item to UK Mainland, with delivery expected within 3-4 working days with Royal Mail Untracked.
Overseas & Northern Ireland
Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for Non-Mainland UK online. Returns
A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty.
