How To Use

Working over the sink, remove the lid or pump of your bottle and squeeze the liquid from the pouch into the bottle. Each pouch contains enough for more than a single fill, so to avoid unnecessary wastage it is advisable not to try and fill completely, especially if you are using a pump.

This durable plastic pouch is designed so you can refill your favourite Bath House products into your original non-plastic bottles, time and time again. The amount of plastic used in each pouch is 85% less plastic than a conventional plastic bottle - for the same amount of product held.

Why it’s clean

We are a British maker. This product is made in Cumbria at our own making rooms in small batches with a high percentage of natural ingredients, which are eco-certified, sustainable, vegan and contain no animal derivatives.

Our products contain cruelty-free ingredients. Bath House is approved under the Leaping Bunny Programme.

This product is made with natural ingredients and contains no parabens, sulphates, petroleum, mineral oils, silicones, SLES, TEA, SLS, DEA, MEA or artificial colours.

Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for European or international destinations online. Orders can however be placed by contacting our Customer Service team.

Returns

A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty. Fantastic product

"We first came across this brand when we stayed in a B&B last year and loved it. So we bought a bottle along with some hand cream. When we ran out and it was time to purchase another bottle we were very happy to find this company does refills too which makes it dlightly cheaper. Not only that we received an email an email a few days later were they were offering damaged bottles for a fraction of the price. Apparently they do this once a year to sell off the damaged stock but the product inside is not affected. Dutifully bought another few bottles , it smells absolutely gorgeous and has a very thick luxurious consistency. Now a huge favourite in our house ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
