Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible with delivery expected within 3-4 working days with a Tracked Courier Service, or within 4-7 working days with Royal Mail Tracked.
UK Mainland

- £6.95 on orders under £60 (delivered within 3-4 working days) / Tracked Service
- £4.95 on orders under £60 (delivered within 4-5 working days) / Tracked Service
- £7.95 Next Day Delivery (delivered next working day) / Tracked Service
UK Non Mainland
- FREE on orders over £60 (delivered within 5-7 working days) / Tracked Service
- £4.95 on orders under £60 (delivered within 5-7 working days) / Tracked Service
/ Monday to Friday are classed as working days.
/ For Next Day Delivery, the order must be placed by 12 noon the day before.
/ If a Next Day Delivery order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday or anytime on a bank holiday, it will not be dispatched until the next working day and therefore will not be delivered on the next working day after the order has been placed.
/ Next Day Delivery will not be available to select at Checkout for UK Non Mainland destinations.
/ UK Non-Mainland includes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and Channel Isles.
Overseas
Due to shipping and customs restrictions, unfortunately we cannot currently process orders for European or international destinations online. Orders can however be placed by contacting our Customer Service team.
Returns
A refund will be offered on all products if returned in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons toiletry products must be returned in their original unopened packaging for us to be able to offer a refund, unless they are faulty.
