Terms - Easter Prize Draw
- The promoter is One House Group Ltd T/A Bath House (company no: 06204331) whose registered office is at The Grain Store, Busk Lane, Sedbergh, LA10 5HF UK.
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom ages 18 years or over except employees of One House Group Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
- By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- To enter the prize draw, fill in your name and email address on the Entry Slip provided instore. These slips will be kept securely and details given won't be shared, the slips will be destroyed after the winning Entry Slip is drawn.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry will be 5th April 2026. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
- The prize is a Climbing Trees Eau De Parfum 100ml, Life Is Eau De Parfum 15ml, Life Is Shower Oil 300ml, Greenhouse Room Diffuser 200ml and Bamboo & Jasmine Experience Set, together worth £280. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter on 8th April 2026.
- The winner will be notified on 8th April 2026, the winner will be contacted via the email address provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or do (does) not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- By entering this prize draw, entrants warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to One House Group Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our privacy policy above. One House Group Ltd shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations, any successor legislation or other applicable law.
- One House Group Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the competition.
- One House Group Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- One House Group Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
