How to spend an E-Gift Card –
The recipient will download the E-Gift Card PDF attached to the email they will receive on the date requested. They can then redeem online at www.thebathhouseshop.co.uk, by entering the voucher code shown on the E-Gift Card PDF at the checkout.
If you require a copy of the E-Gift Card PDF, please contact Customer Services.
The E-Gift Card can only be used for one transaction, if the goods purchased total less than the value of the E-Gift Card value, any balance cannot be carried forward. Valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. Online only, cannot be used instore. Not redeemable against gift options at checkout or delivery costs. Free samples not available on E-Gift card orders.
How to purchase an E-Gift Card –
Choose the value and design, then enter the recipients name, email address and add a personal message (optional). Then choose the date for which the email will be sent to the recipient. Then press the ‘Add To Bag’ button.
At the checkout no Shipping Address is required, and the order needs to be processed as ‘My purchase is not a gift’. Note, the Shipping Address will be shown on the invoice and order confirmation email as the same as the Billing Address.
If purchasing with no other products, please select ‘Delivered Directly By Email (Free)’ as your Shipping Method at checkout.
Delivery & Returns
The E-Gift Card will be delivered into the recipient’s inbox immediately, or on the date specified when ordered. The E-Gift Card PDF is sent free of charge by email to the recipient, not by post / courier.
