– Witch Hazel, a gentle astringent, to cleanse and tone.

How To Use
Gently pat with sweeping motions over cleansed face, neck and décolletage with the clean palms of the hands, or by applying small amount to a facial pad, avoiding eye area. Allow toner to dry, enabling the toner to be absorbed by the skin completely before applying other products. Use daily morning and night to prep skin for the application of the Kombu Seaweed Facial Serum and Face Cream.
